    Didn't even get checked in without being told the room rate I'd booked wasn't available to me as I was not a working travellers, I'd have to pay a further $23/night.

    This resulted in a dispute over the room rate and then I was faced with their ridiculous 100% cancellation fee. No refunds.

    I made arrangements to stay elsewhere.
